Senior Mobile Engineer, React, React Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications using React, Next.js, and React Native (iOS/Android).

• Monitor performance metrics and user behavior utilizing PostHog or similar tools like Mixpanel/Amplitude.

• Identify bottlenecks and UX issues before users raise complaints.

• Implement strategies for SSG/SSR, routing, component architecture, and efficient integration of REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Actively participate in 2-week sprints, averaging 15 to 16 tickets per cycle.

• Conduct continuous releases to production.

• Ensure features are in production, monitored, and validated with real analytics data.

• Take full responsibility for the mobile product experience, encompassing architecture, performance, conversion strategy, and usability.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and the Tech Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with React.js, Next.js (SSR, SSG), and React Native (iOS/Android, navigation, native modules).

• Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (Tailwind / Styled Components).

• Familiarity with state/cache management in REST/GraphQL APIs.

• Fluent in analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

• Ability to interpret funnels, retention, and session recordings.

• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

• Proactive approach to suggesting UX and conversion improvements based on data.

• TypeScript (interfaces, generics) — desirable.

• Node.js (Express, NestJS) for backend collaboration — desirable.

• Previous experience in Real Estate startups, analytics, or mass-consumption platforms — desirable.
