Senior Mobile Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance large-scale Android and backend software systems.

• Develop and implement high-performing mobile and distributed backend solutions.

• Oversee the complete development lifecycle for applications, which includes gathering requirements and technical design.

• Establish and sustain robust pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software delivery.

• Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and compliance with industry standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline technical requirements and introduce new features.

• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).

• 5 years of experience in the position offered or a related role.

• 2 years of experience in advanced Android development, including MVVM/MVI architecture and dependency injection frameworks like Dagger or Hilt.

• 2 years of experience with Kotlin, Java, and SQL, encompassing asynchronous programming frameworks and thread safety in both mobile and backend environments.

• 2 years of experience with CI/CD automation, testing, and monitoring, utilizing tools such as Buildkite, GitHub Actions, or similar.

• 2 years of experience in automated testing, release management, performance profiling, incident response, and analytics.

• 2 years of experience working within Agile teams.

• Proficient in Git version control, technical documentation, code review, refactoring, and debugging.

• 2 years of experience using Jira, Figma, or comparable tools.
