Product Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver senior technical guidance for secure and scalable applications that support Medicaid DDI and the modernized Provider Plus delivery system.

• Oversee application design and implementation standards across React/TypeScript, .NET 10/C#, APIs, data, integrations, and AWS workloads.

• Evaluate complex designs, code, test evidence, and technical specifications.

• Address defects, performance challenges, and production risks.

• Direct multi-tenant architecture, configuration-driven behavior, feature flags, versioning, and compatibility with necessary legacy interfaces.

• Advise on PostgreSQL modeling, conversion/reconciliation, REST and event-driven integrations, Glue/Spark batch workloads, and Kafka/MSK patterns.

• Implement Terraform, CI/CD, automated quality gates, observability, secure logging, vulnerability remediation, and release controls.

• Mentor engineers and convey technical decisions, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations across product and DDI teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years in application development, including experience in technical leadership.

• Proficient hands-on experience with C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript, including React, APIs, and cloud-native engineering.

• Advanced skills in PostgreSQL/SQL, integration, AWS, and automated delivery.

• Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, MMIS/MES, or regulated healthcare is preferred.

• Flexibility to adapt to business needs and travel as required.

• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and for the first week of orientation.
