Senior Flutter Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create software by coding applications, programs, and systems in accordance with project specifications and requirements.

• Conduct testing on the developed software, identifying and addressing code issues, bugs, and defects.

• Ensure quality delivery, adhere to deadlines, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Document the developed code to aid in product maintenance and updates.

• Design, develop, and sustain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.

• Ensure that applications comply with security and privacy standards.

• Safeguard the confidentiality of user information.

• Utilize version control tools like Git for source code management and team collaboration.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team in delivering high-quality solutions.

• Investigate and integrate new technologies to enhance software performance and efficiency.

• Monitor and track production systems to detect issues and apply solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is preferred.

• Experience in developing with Flutter.

• Understanding of Design Systems.

• Familiarity with unit testing and widget testing.

• Knowledge of state management strategies.

• Awareness of architectural patterns, especially Clean Architecture.

• Familiarity with design and development patterns like Facades and Decorators.

• Experience with back-end system integration using request providers such as Dio.

• Knowledge of microservices/Micro Apps architecture.

• Familiarity with TDD/BDD is not required.

• Understanding of feature management through Remote Config (Firebase) or feature toggles.

• Familiarity with Firebase Dynamic Links is not required.

• Familiarity with crash analysis tools like Firebase Crashlytics is not required.

• Knowledge of Analytics and Firebase Analytics tagging.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.

• Awareness of code quality tools such as Sonar is not required.

• Familiarity with project and task management tools, preferably Jira.

• Experience managing repositories on platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and projects, notably Scrum.

• Familiarity with AI tools.
