Senior Flutter Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Write software code for applications, programs, and systems based on project specifications and requirements.

• Conduct tests on the developed software to identify and fix issues, bugs, and code defects.

• Ensure quality of delivery, adhere to deadlines, and achieve customer satisfaction.

• Document the code to aid in maintenance and future updates.

• Design, create, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.

• Address application security and privacy requirements, ensuring user data confidentiality.

• Utilize version control tools like Git to manage source code and collaborate with the team.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team for effective solution delivery.

• Investigate and adopt new technologies to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Monitor production systems, detect issues, and implement necessary solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is preferred.

• Experience in Flutter development.

• Understanding of Design Systems.

• Familiarity with unit testing and widget testing.

• Knowledge of state management techniques.

• Awareness of architectural patterns, particularly Clean Architecture.

• Experience with design and development patterns like Facades and Decorators.

• Proficient in integrating with backends using request providers such as Dio.

• Knowledge of microservices/Micro Apps patterns.

• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is not required.

• Understanding of feature flag management through Remote Config (Firebase) or toggles.

• Familiarity with Firebase Dynamic Links is not required.

• Experience with crash analysis tools like Firebase Crashlytics is not required.

• Knowledge of analytics implementation via Firebase Analytics Tagging.

• Familiarity with CI/CD development pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.

• Awareness of code quality tools like Sonar is not required.

• Proficient in project and task management tools, preferably Jira.

• Experience with repository management tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.

• Understanding of agile methodologies and projects, particularly Scrum.

• Familiarity with AI tools.
