Senior Mobile Developer – Flutter, AI Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and sustain mobile applications using Flutter, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, security, and code quality.

• Establish and implement architecture, state management, and best practices in software engineering.

• Integrate mobile applications with Generative AI services, autonomous agents, and APIs.

• Develop and coordinate AI agents, custom tools (Skills/Tools), and intricate workflows.

• Implement and refine RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.

• Create and integrate APIs, services, and connectors utilizing Python, Java, and Node.js.

• Establish, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automating testing, builds, and deployments.

• Package applications and services with Docker and oversee their execution in Kubernetes environments.

• Enforce security, monitoring, automated testing, and reliability practices throughout the development lifecycle.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite development, enhance productivity, and improve delivery quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, advanced experience in mobile development utilizing Flutter.

• Comprehensive knowledge of state management, clean architecture, native feature integration, and performance optimization.

• Practical experience with Python, Java, and Node.js for API, integration, and connector development.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, encompassing containerization, deployment, and environment troubleshooting.

• Experience in creating, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.

• Hands-on experience in integrating applications with Generative AI services.

• Applied knowledge of AI agents, custom tool development, and workflow orchestration.

• Experience in implementing and optimizing RAG architectures.

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools.

• Understanding of software engineering best practices, security, automated testing, and code version control.

• Preferred: experience with microservices architectures and cloud environments.

• Preferred: knowledge of platforms and frameworks for orchestrating, evaluating, testing, and governing AI solutions, such as Harness or similar tools.

• Preferred: experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and context retrieval strategies.

• Preferred: understanding of observability, monitoring, and optimization of distributed applications.

• Preferred: experience with mobile test automation and application publishing processes.

• Preferred: experience in defining architectural standards and promoting technical best practices.

• Preferred: ongoing interest in new technologies, innovation, and the evolution of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem.
