This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop tools and services that drive machine learning and generative AI solutions in a production environment.
• Create services for training and inference platforms.
• Design model evaluation metrics and testing frameworks.
• Establish services that deliver machine learning and AI-driven products.
• Deploy and manage applications that facilitate the AI/ML software development lifecycle.
• Write production-quality code on a daily basis.
• Take initiative in your work and lead cross-functional projects.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, data scientists, data analysts, and product managers.
• Over 6 years of experience in deploying ML/AI solutions within production environments.
• Proficient in writing high-quality Python code.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with defining and utilizing Protobuf messages.
• Knowledge of Docker and deploying applications to Kubernetes.
• Experience with both relational and low-latency databases.
• Familiarity with Celery.
• Strong enthusiasm for ML/AI-based products.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
• Experience in building systems from the ground up.
• Ability to balance quality with deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for fostering consensus and alignment.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of simplifying complex problems into clear priorities.
• Preferred: experience in developing RAG solutions.
• Preferred: experience in setting up and maintaining vector databases.
• Preferred: production coding experience in Java/Kotlin.
• Preferred: experience in building solutions on cloud infrastructure, especially AWS.
• Preferred: experience handling highly sensitive data in a healthcare setting.
