Senior Meta Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic liaison.

• Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.

• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.

• Convert performance data into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.

• Foster client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.

• Identify and address risks and opportunities within accounts.

• Create, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.

• Oversee budgets, audiences, bidding strategies, account organization, and creative testing.

• Track daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other acquisition metrics.

• Analyze underperforming campaigns and recommend performance enhancements.

• Develop testing strategies encompassing audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.

• Craft direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored for financial services audiences.

• Generate innovative hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing purposes.

• Derive creative and messaging hypotheses from performance data insights.

• Collaborate with video editors and provide creative guidance.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite research and copy development.

• Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, Meta pixels, and conversion events.

• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.

• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.

• Assess media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to identify funnel inefficiencies.

• Report to the Associate Director of Operations while remaining accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in paid media, with significant responsibilities in Meta advertising.

• Experience in managing multiple client accounts concurrently and leading strategic conversations with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns toward established performance targets while fostering client retention.

• Strong skills in direct-response copywriting, including ad copy and scripts.

• Experience in developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.

• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools.

• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in financial services marketing is preferred.

• Experience with lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns is preferred.

• Familiarity with video sales letter marketing is preferred.

• Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels is preferred.

• Prior experience in a performance marketing agency is preferred.

• Direct-response advertising experience is preferred.

• Candidates seeking the upper compensation range must demonstrate hands-on experience in developing and optimizing direct-response ad copy, video scripts/VSLs, creative hooks, messaging angles, and conversion-focused funnels.

• Candidates for the upper compensation range should show measurable improvements in campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and booked appointments resulting from their creative contributions.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services, RIA marketing, and compliance-sensitive advertising.
