Senior MEP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee, plan, and implement a complete plant engineering project.

• Define the project budget.

• Manage team members.

• Research suppliers.

• Schedule the project release.

• Handle complex plant engineering projects from conception to completion.

• Technically coordinate the plant design team.

• Foster and enhance collaboration with both new and existing subcontractors.

• Contribute constructive ideas and solutions by aligning client requirements with the design concepts from external engineering teams.

• Ensure adherence to project deadlines and compliance with economic, legal, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in civil or industrial engineering with a background in Project & Construction Management.

• Ten or more years of work experience in MEP projects, with a background in Project & Construction Management.

• Experience in industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of current regulations.

• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Ability to demonstrate leadership, result orientation, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal abilities developed from previous work situations.

• Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.

• Willingness to travel nationally.

• Possession of a category B driving license and availability to drive.
