Senior MEP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee, plan, and execute an entire industrial project.

• Define the project budget.

• Manage team members.

• Research suppliers.

• Schedule the project release.

• Handle complex industrial projects from conception to completion.

• Provide technical coordination for the design team.

• Enhance collaboration with both new and existing subcontractors.

• Contribute constructive ideas and solutions, aligning client requirements with the design concepts from external engineering teams.

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, economic requirements, legal standards, and quality expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Project & Construction Management.

• Ten or more years of work experience in MEP projects with a background in Project & Construction Management.

• Experience in industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of current regulations.

• Quick comprehension skills, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities.

• Proven leadership capabilities, results orientation, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills gained from previous work situations.

• Fluent (both oral and written) in Italian and English; German will be considered a plus.

• Willingness to travel within the national territory.

• Possession of a category B driving license and availability to drive.
