📋 Description

• Serve as a scientific authority in the relevant therapy areas.

• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with external stakeholders.

• Develop or initiate scientific initiatives to address unmet medical requirements in key disease areas by gathering and disseminating valuable insights.

• Act as a scientific resource for internal stakeholders.

• Consistently exhibit growth in scientific expertise related to the disease areas that the company prioritizes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or biomedical science.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs within a multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare organization.

• Familiarity and experience in the pharmaceutical sector and the domain of field medical liaisons.

• Proficient in English.

• Capability to engage and manage various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Specialization in a specific disease area is preferred but not mandatory.
