Senior Medical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Develop promotional plans and strategies for pharmaceutical products

• Provide customer service by conveying relevant information about pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals

• Assist healthcare professionals in the appropriate use of the company's pharmaceutical products

• Gather and report on the clinical usage of drugs and hospital demand information

• Conduct academic promotion activities in a legal and compliant manner

• Communicate with healthcare professionals and pharmacy personnel within medical institutions

• Organize and participate in local academic exchange meetings, conferences, and lectures

• Communicate via the internet or teleconferences

• Execute promotional plans and strategies for pharmaceutical products within the boundaries of applicable regulations and budget

• Maintain two-way communication between the market and the company to establish the company and product brand image

• Support bidding, pricing strategies, and healthcare insurance-related tasks

• Implement promotional plans and strategies in accordance with the company's overall guidelines

• Build and maintain a commercial network and customer relationships

• Assist direct manager in gathering necessary promotional information

• Complete other related tasks assigned by the direct manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field

• Two years or more of experience in pharmaceutical promotion

• Basic English communication skills

• Possess business acumen, prioritize customer satisfaction, and be results-oriented

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
