This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target region, achieving established work objectives.
• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals, facilitating ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.
• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.
• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethics (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing strategy.
• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products identified during daily operations, and assist with the collection of necessary information for PV when required.
• Practice the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance in your work.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in ophthalmology, biopharmaceuticals, or special drugs; experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.
• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment skills.
• Good communication and verbal expression abilities.
• Passionate about the job, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and a strong work ethic.
• Comply with applicable laws, industry regulations, and company policy requirements.
