This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Clearly communicate Cigna’s unique value proposition in health advocacy, clinical programs, and network solutions during finalist meetings and consultant interactions.
• Lead RFP responses by proposing innovative, client-specific strategies that align with emerging healthcare trends and employer requirements.
• Act as a representative of clinical leadership at consultant roadshows and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with National Account Executives to jointly develop strategic clinical roadmaps aimed at supporting retention, growth, and product adoption.
• Examine client-specific data to pinpoint cost drivers, population health requirements, and program efficacy, providing actionable recommendations.
• Function as a clinical liaison among clients, account teams, and Clinical Operations to address complex issues and enhance the client experience.
• Assist with clinical audits and aid in the formulation of corrective action plans and strategic improvements.
• Convert enterprise innovations into practical insights and training for account teams.
• Serve as the client and consultant voice across internal discussions, shaping the perspectives of Product, Informatics, Marketing, and Clinical Operations.
• Present and contribute to thought leadership regarding employer health innovation.
• Keep abreast of trends in digital health, value-based care, and population health management.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with consultants, health system executives, and technology partners.
• Board-certified physician in a specialty recognized by ABMS.
• Possess an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience.
• Accumulate at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in medical management, encompassing roles in insurance, consulting, health systems, or health technology firms.
• Exhibit exceptional communication, analytical, strategic thinking, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrate a proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a results-oriented and innovative focus.
• Be willing to travel extensively to meet client and enterprise needs.
