This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide medical leadership, expertise, and oversight to support the expansion of clinical indications, new product development, and clinical trials.
β’ Lead the planning and strategy for medical initiatives.
β’ Assist in the strategies for clinical, marketing, and product development.
β’ Engage with customers during the pre-PO sales process, hospital executive discussions, and workflow consultations (~70% of time).
β’ Educate the sales team and collaborate with sales training and leadership.
β’ Cultivate physician advocates to promote Ceribell products.
β’ Facilitate marketing outreach with medical societies and advisory boards.
β’ Represent Ceribell through talks and webinars.
β’ Contribute to evidence generation and publication efforts (~10%).
β’ Develop strategies for publications, retrospective studies, and investigator-initiated studies.
β’ Identify and foster relationships with KOLs and physicians.
β’ Assist in the design of regulatory trials and data collection or approval processes.
β’ Keep the organization informed about the latest literature and identify medical opportunities.
β’ Provide medical insights to Product and R&D teams regarding future products.
β’ Interface with the FDA and payers for the Regulatory and Reimbursement teams.
β’ Advocate for the swift adoption of EEG technology and minimize the time from EEG ordering to setup.
β’ Required: MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree.
β’ Must be an experienced Neurologist or Intensivist with a minimum of 10 years in industry or as an attending physician.
β’ Critical care experience is essential.
β’ Familiarity with the Ceribell platform is necessary.
β’ Strong knowledge of neurological assessment and acute care workflows is highly desirable.
β’ Possess analytical and strategic thinking skills, good judgment, decision-making capabilities, high emotional intelligence, and a well-balanced ego.

β’ Data-driven approach and the ability to envision the application of new technologies to meet complex patient needs.
β’ Commercially oriented mindset with understanding of the product commercialization pathway.
β’ Expertise in presenting innovative products and technologies to physicians.

β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication, influence/leadership, and presentation abilities.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven entrepreneurial setting.

β’ Results-oriented executive adept at prioritizing competing tasks and driving resolutions.
β’ Strong collaborative interpersonal skills.
β’ Comfortable navigating rapidly changing organizational needs and start-up resources.
β’ Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels and the Board of Directors.
β’ Proven senior clinical/medical leadership experience with strong relationships with the FDA.
β’ Significant experience related to marketing and business issues, focused on clinical and medical support for commercial assets.
β’ Extensive contacts within academic medical centers, major practice centers, and the medical device industry.
β’ Remote position (US-Based).
β’ Up to 40% travel required (typically 2 days per week).
