This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the operational business partner to the leadership of Social Impact marketing.
• Facilitate regular operating rhythms, quarterly pipeline generation OKR targets, QBR data packs, and frameworks for marketing budget allocation.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and ROI forecasts for new marketing initiatives.
• Assess capital trade-offs across various channels and stress-test anticipated pipeline returns and payback periods.
• Create, script, and implement automated marketing triggers utilizing Python/SQL notebooks.
• Directly input targeted accounts into sales workflows.
• Manage end-to-end pipeline attribution models spanning sales, marketing, and partner channels.
• Keep track of rep-level marketing metrics in Frontline Manager data packs and leadership scorecards.
• Operationalize account tiering and segmentation logic across Salesforce, 6sense, and Segment.
• Enhance lead routing, demand generation campaigns, and ABM outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with data science teams on marketing frameworks like Marketing Mix Modeling.
• Handle custom scenario analyses including bundling ASP impact, CLV/LFTV cohorting, and field event ROI modeling.
• Curate and optimize reporting assets in Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Oversee SQL logic using GitHub version control, dashboard glossaries, and automated data QA processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Expertise in complex SQL.
• Proficient in Python or R for data extraction, manipulation, statistical analysis, and pipeline automation.
• Demonstrated success in creating enterprise-grade executive scorecards and self-service dashboards using Tableau and Looker.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) data architecture, campaign hierarchies, lead routing rules, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate directly with Director/VP-level leaders to translate data insights into operational decisions.
• This role is not open for candidates based in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA.
• Approximately 15% travel is expected.
• Preferred: experience with Segment, 6sense, Marketo, marketing modeling, multi-touch attribution, CLV/LFTV analyses, Git/GitHub workflows, or knowledge of social impact/non-profit/public sector technology domains.
