This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Analyze comprehensive and integrated datasets to extract insights that drive and influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to pinpoint areas of value, create solutions, and provide insights aimed at reducing overall care costs and enhancing clinical outcomes.
• Interpret and evaluate data from healthcare providers, members/patients, and third-party sources.
• Support the execution of large-scale projects with minimal guidance from leadership.
• Identify and conduct root-cause analysis of data discrepancies, presenting findings and proposed solutions to leadership and/or clients.
• Manage various tasks and data review processes within specified timelines.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of process improvements while identifying opportunities for automation.
• Utilize quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation skills to comprehend customer interactions with analytic products.
• Effectively communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners both verbally and visually.
• Independently engage with customers and business partners to collect requirements and validate results.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders while incorporating their feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with large databases, data verification, and data management, or 1+ years of IT experience.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL/query languages.
• Preferred familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R.
• Understanding of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques, including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis is preferred.
• Preferred knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Experience in healthcare analytics is preferred.
