Senior Marketing Specialist – 12 Month FTC Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing market visibility, boosting engagement, and generating demand.

• Collaborate with the Market Development team to create marketing plans aligned with business objectives and focused on demand generation.

• Assess leads generated from marketing efforts and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team to cultivate new funnel opportunities.

• Design and execute marketing communication initiatives, which include organizing events/webinars, promoting through direct mail, and managing social media campaigns.

• Foster demand generation through lead production and a funnel-oriented strategy that contributes to revenue growth.

• Oversee and manage the budget allocated for various marketing tactics.

• Conduct post-campaign evaluations with stakeholders from different internal teams, capturing insights and applying results for future improvements.

• Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within a B2B environment.

• Demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing campaigns effectively.

• Background in event management, direct mail, and social media marketing.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Capability to take initiative and assume responsibility.

• Innovative and solution-focused mindset.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and presentation abilities.

• Availability to start immediately.

• Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 10% of the time).

• Prior experience with lead qualification and management using Salesforce.com is an advantage.
