Senior Marketing, PR and Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of integrated marketing, public relations, and communication campaigns spanning organic, paid, earned, owned, and partnership channels.

• Create messaging and campaign narratives for product updates, announcements, newsletters, storefronts, landing pages, social media, and community platforms.

• Foster and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, creators, influencers, platform partners, and community stakeholders.

• Plan and implement initiatives to expand the audience, enhance community engagement, and highlight significant BeamNG developments.

• Oversee the production of promotional content, ensuring that assets are creative, high-quality, on-brand, and meet marketing goals.

• Track campaign performance, media coverage, audience trends, community sentiment, and competitor activities.

• Assist and manage the daily operations of marketing, PR, and community activities.

• Enhance workflows, planning processes, and collaboration across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, community engagement, publishing, or a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.

• Strong grasp of video game marketing, games media, creator ecosystems, player communities, and digital audience growth.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing organic, paid, PR, influencer, or creator campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Discord, Steam, and others.

• Solid PR capabilities, including media outreach, pitching, press material creation, interview coordination, review programs, and coverage monitoring.

• A portfolio showcasing successful player-focused campaigns, creative promotions, PR initiatives, content strategies, or community activations.

• Hands-on experience with content creation tools like in-game capture, DaVinci Resolve, OBS, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.

• A genuine passion for video games and interest in automotive culture, simulation, motorsport, or vehicle-based games (preferred).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote, international setting (preferred).

• Prior experience with an indie game development studio, publisher, PR agency, platform, or creator-centric organization (preferred).

• Experience in mentoring, coordinating, or leading marketing, PR, communications, community, or content contributors (preferred).

• Familiarity with platforms such as Steam, Epic Games Store, Discord, forums, newsletters, press kits, and storefront communications (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Lua, Python, or Go (preferred).
