This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Execute and drive organizational strategies that align with broader launch and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate discussions regarding clinical data and program planning with administrators and physician stakeholders.
• Identify essential stakeholders and forge partnerships with Interventional Cardiologists, hypertension specialists, nursing staff, pharmacy professionals, and hospital executives.
• Enhance awareness within hospital service lines to advocate for hypertension care.
• Gain insight into customer needs and suggest approved hypertension initiatives and customer programs.
• Utilize RDN customer relationship management software to log and monitor activities for quarterly productivity reports.
• Oversee and manage pilot and therapy awareness initiatives within the allocated local budget.
• Collaborate with local sales teams, clinical counterparts, and field-based reimbursement specialists to provide customer solutions.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of hypertension awareness initiatives and customer programs.
• Partner with sales teams, sales leadership, and marketing to develop strategies for customer expansion and physician outreach.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, ethical, and execution-driven culture within the MDS team.
• Engage in targeted association and society events that relate to market development opportunities.
• Adhere to compliance, administrative, and expense requirements according to Medtronic guidelines.
• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in marketing, program development, market development, sales, or a sales support role, OR 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• An MBA or Master's degree in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Sciences is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or consultative selling in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in the cardiovascular suite of a hospital, including roles such as Cath Lab staff, CV program coordinator, or CV program leadership is advantageous.
• Proven experience in developing new markets, including implementing key tactics, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that satisfies 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
