This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement and lead the organizational strategy that aligns with broader launch and therapy goals.
• Facilitate discussions on clinical data and program planning with administrators and physician stakeholders.
• Identify key stakeholders and forge partnerships with Interventional Cardiologists, hypertension specialists, hospital executives, nursing, pharmacy, and other relevant parties.
• Increase awareness and develop initiatives to enhance access to hypertension care.
• Comprehend customer needs and suggest approved initiatives related to hypertension and customer programs.
• Utilize RDN customer relationship management software to log and monitor activities for quarterly productivity reporting.
• Oversee and manage pilot and therapy awareness activities within the allocated local budget.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, reimbursement, and marketing teams to provide comprehensive customer solutions.
• Gain insights into hypertension awareness initiatives, customer programs, materials, data, and resources.
• Work alongside sales leadership and marketing to develop strategies and opportunities for customer expansion to reach new physicians.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, ethical, and execution-oriented culture within the MDS team.
• Engage in targeted association and society events.
• Adhere to compliance, administrative, and expense requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of experience in marketing, program or market development, sales, or a sales support role, OR 2 years with an Advanced Degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization must be obtained at the time of hire and maintained throughout employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• An MBA or a Master's degree in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Sciences is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or consultative selling within the medical devices or pharmaceuticals sectors is highly sought after.
• Experience in the cardiovascular suite of a hospital, such as Cath Lab, CV program coordinator, or CV program leadership is advantageous.
• Proven experience in developing a new market, including the implementation of key tactics, execution, and performance tracking.
