This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria, +1 more country.
• Collaborate closely with local partners and distributors to enhance access to Dexcom therapies in Eastern Europe.
• Formulate and execute CGM reimbursement expansion strategies for new indications in the region.
• Create strategies to engage clinical and patient associations to further facilitate reimbursement expansion.
• Drive the implementation of value tools from the EMEA Market Access team.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the local value proposition and develop new tools through data generation and external collaborations.
• Lead initiatives for shaping the tender landscape.
• Establish opportunities for local sales teams to implement switch business based on the perceived value of rt-CGM.
• Design and execute plans to secure market access and promote CGM funding by collaborating with local and national payers as well as procurement teams.
• Support the growth of Dexcom's market share and the achievement of national revenue and new-patient funding targets.
• Optimize strategic partnerships with other companies to enhance sales of the standalone product.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within Eastern Europe.
• Proficient in English.
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Turkish.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the market access landscape throughout Eastern Europe.
• Proven capability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
• Successful track record managing vendors and consultants.
• Comprehensive understanding of the medical device market access landscape and secondary- and primary-care pathways, including clinical and funding processes.
• Familiarity with the Eastern European policy environment and associated processes.
• Understanding of health economic concepts along with experience utilizing health economic messaging and tools.
• Demonstrated history of meeting targets and delivering results.
• Solid experience in analyzing health economic and clinical data.
• Strong commercial selling skills, including sales competency or sales-skills training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with CRM systems.
• Possess a full driving license.
• Experience in the diabetes market is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the Health Economic System (HES) is preferred.
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 13 years of related experience.
• At this level, a graduate degree may be expected alongside six years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must already possess the right to work in the EU if seeking relocation support.
