Senior Manager, TMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead significant enterprise transformation initiatives and projects for the Chief Transformation Officer and the Leadership Team.

• Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout Solventum.

• Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Leadership Team and key stakeholders.

• Define the program strategy and roadmaps while overseeing execution.

• Manage cross-functional project plans, deliverables, responsibilities, deadlines, and RAIDE registers.

• Serve as a primary advocate for change, aligning teams with transformation objectives and performance metrics.

• Develop strategies for major projects and the overall transformation effort.

• Facilitate decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

• Assist with ad hoc requests from stakeholders.

• Oversee additional projects that support the Transformation Office and other departments.

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.

• A minimum of 10 years of project/program management experience with a proven ability to execute complex project plans.

• Strong analytical abilities and financial understanding.

• Demonstrated success in driving high-impact transformation initiatives.

• Experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Previous management consulting experience at a prestigious firm is preferred.

• Experience in the Healthcare/Medtech sector is preferred.

• An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.

• Strong skills in collaboration and teamwork.

• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with colleagues, develop and mentor others, and oversee and guide work.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
