Senior Manager, Technology & Innovation – Control & Connectivity Solutions

📋 Description

• Define and implement the technology and innovation strategy for next-generation Controllers, Displays, Remote Controls, and Joysticks.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Architects and Innovation Engineers.

• Steer innovation concepts from initial idea through to execution.

• Maintain a robust pipeline of technology initiatives for short-, mid-, and long-term goals.

• Align customer and market demands with engineering capabilities.

• Collaborate with Portfolio, Product Management, Engineering, and Procurement teams throughout the global organization.

• Drive platform strategies and participate in architecture decision-making.

• Support groundbreaking solutions that deliver measurable value to customers.

• Shape future machine control technologies and influence product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams within engineering, technology, innovation, or product development settings.

• Significant experience in developing embedded mechatronic products that integrate software, electronics, and mechanics.

• Experience in defining technology, architecture, or innovation strategies for complex products and systems.

• Understanding of Functional Safety, Machine Regulations, product compliance requirements, and Cybersecurity regulations.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams.
