Senior Manager, Supply Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic leader and implementer of Karat's supply acquisition strategies, enhancing an interviewer marketplace that meets customer needs.

• Utilize AI and data analytics to consistently refine Karat's supply acquisition process from screening to conversion.

• Discover unexploited opportunities for sourcing high-quality Interview Engineers within Karat's current hiring regions.

• Oversee and mentor a Program Manager and a Coordinator.

• Collaborate across various functions with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams.

• Direct cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing acquisition processes and deploying scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a similar field in a high-growth setting.

• More than 3 years of experience in leading and nurturing small, high-achieving teams.

• Proven track record of successfully executing acquisition, growth, or marketplace strategies that scale talent, contractor, or supply networks.

• Established history of using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or optimizing funnel decisions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including defining metrics, assessing performance, and guiding decisions with data.

• Capability to spearhead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across operations, marketing, product, analytics, and customer-facing teams.

• Exceptional communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.

• Native-level English proficiency with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must reside in Mexico City.

• Must have authorization to work in Mexico.
