Senior Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum events and eliminate obstacles.

• Foster collaboration and assist the Product Owner.

• Propel continuous improvement and implement the Scrum framework effectively.

• Advise Scrum Master teams on agile principles and values.

• Analyze agile metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor team progress.

• Create process evaluation tools for assessing Scrum principles.

• Generate analytics and reports on productivity, velocity, and quality.

• Formulate stakeholder communication strategies and integrate feedback.

• Support Scrum processes and assist Scrum teams.

• Establish sharing and documentation systems through wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.

• Educate team members and stakeholders on agile values, principles, and practices.

• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external parties to resolve potential challenges.

• 7-10 years of professional experience.

• Knowledge of business intelligence.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred.
