This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Draft, submit, and defend AI and predictive model filings in SERFF from the drafting stage to approval.

• Create model checklists, methodology narratives, validation summaries, and variable justifications.

• Oversee objection and interrogatory responses, collaborating with data science, actuarial, product teams, and outside counsel.

• Develop processes, tools, and standards for scalable multistate filing as volume increases.

• Assist carrier clients with rate and underwriting filings utilizing ZestyAI models.

• Represent ZestyAI in client meetings and collaborative sessions.

• Keep abreast of state requirements, bulletins, and departmental positions.

• Convert regulatory updates into internal guidelines and client communications.

• Adapt quickly in a dynamic, business-oriented environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in the U.S. P&C insurance sector, focusing on regulatory affairs, compliance, product management, actuarial work, or a related field.

• Experience obtained from a carrier, rating or advisory organization, insurance department, or filing consultancy.

• Direct involvement in multistate P&C rate, rule, and form filings in SERFF from the initial drafting phase to approval.

• Proficiency in drafting objection responses and resolving issues directly with department analysts and actuaries.

• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude as an integral part of daily operations.

• Competent in rating plans, rate and rule manuals, class plans, and actuarial support.

• Ability to produce strong, persuasive technical writing under tight deadlines.

• Professional demeanor and poise when engaging with external stakeholders, including carrier clients, department personnel, and industry groups.

• Capability to independently manage a workstream and discern when to escalate matters.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
