Senior Manager, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive comprehensive operational excellence through a cross-functional perspective and specialized knowledge.

• Assess, track, and implement initiatives aimed at minimizing operational, financial, compliance, and regulatory risks.

• Oversee multiple large cross-functional teams and enhance end-to-end program processes.

• Lead, manage, and coordinate projects, products, and strategic initiatives.

• Promote program standardization, operational implementation, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, training resources, and process decisions.

• Create, present, and sustain executive reporting materials for senior leadership review.

• Cultivate subject matter expertise in methodologies, key terms, and program operations.

• Recognize risks and potential improvement opportunities for new programs.

• Compile meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-up tasks.

• Execute contracting and operational implementation tasks as designated.

• Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of 4+ years.

• Over 6 years of program and project management experience within the healthcare sector.

• More than 6 years of experience in change management, process improvement, and implementation.

• At least 6 years of professional experience in provider data or provider network operations in a health insurance environment.
