Senior Manager, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Foster comprehensive operational excellence throughout various programs and strategic initiatives.

• Assess, track, and implement processes aimed at minimizing operational, financial, compliance, and regulatory risks.

• Oversee multiple large cross-functional teams and enhance process visibility.

• Lead, manage, and coordinate projects, products, and strategic initiatives.

• Promote program standardization, operational execution, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, develop training resources, and make process-related decisions.

• Create, present, and sustain executive reporting materials for senior leadership.

• Cultivate subject matter expertise in methodologies, key terminology, and operational requirements for successful program execution.

• Identify potential risks and areas for enhancement in new programs.

• Compile meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-up tasks.

• Execute contracting and operational implementation tasks as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.

• 6+ years of program and project management experience in the healthcare sector.

• 6+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, and implementation.

• 6+ years of professional experience in provider data or provider network operations within a health insurance organization.

• Experience in a rapidly scaling organization.

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
