Senior Manager, Project Controls, Mechanical Estimator – Project & Development Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project controls delivery at the portfolio level

• Develop delivery strategies, control frameworks, and governance structures

• Act as a senior advisor to client stakeholders

• Mentor and supervise Managers and Senior Project Controls personnel

• Impact staffing, resource allocation, and delivery models

• Enhance internal tools, standards, and process improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• A minimum of thirteen years of relevant experience

• At least 2 years of management experience

• Capability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or practice area

• Advanced skills in project controls

• Expertise in client relations, management, and consulting

• Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities

• Proficient in using cost and schedule management software

• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
