This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive Revenue Technology strategic roadmap encompassing CPQ, CLM, and Bids & Tenders, while ensuring alignment with portfolio governance and innovation initiatives.
• Align the portfolio with emerging innovations and next-generation capabilities, ensuring that the roadmap is forward-looking regarding Revenue Technology capabilities.
• Oversee program governance for the global CPQ/CLM/Bids & Tenders implementation, ensuring uniform standards and delivery discipline across all workstreams.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and decision rights that safeguard enterprise consistency while allowing for approved local and business-unit variations.
• Supervise the program roadmap, business readiness, risk management, and milestone tracking from start to finish.
• Promote a consistent operating rhythm across AMER and International workstreams.
• Facilitate key decision-making forums and steering committees, and manage executive stakeholder reporting concerning the roadmap, trade-offs, and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure cross-functional stakeholder alignment and executive reporting across Commercial, IT/Digital Solutions, Finance, Procurement, and senior leadership.
• Own and guide the Revenue Technology governance model, establishing decision rights, escalation paths, and review cycles to ensure intentional decision-making.
• Uphold the team’s ownership mandate: as Revenue Technology is responsible for the commercial-technology strategy and justifying the investment case, this role ensures that ownership is actively exercised — linking strategy to budget and holding partners accountable for commitments.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract governance, and license management across Revenue Technology platforms (e.g., CPQ, CLM, and Bids & Tenders solutions such as Oracle and Conga/Apttus).
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on vendor strategy, contracting, renewals, usage forecasting, and budget management.
• Identify opportunities for license optimization, consolidation, cost avoidance, and vendor risk mitigation.
• Manage a single-backlog intake framework, triaging demand across regions and business units based on Now / Next / Later with clear, justifiable prioritization.
• Maintain integrated roadmaps that guide CPQ, CLM, and Bids & Tenders initiatives from inception through delivery and value realization.
• Identify inter-program dependencies, downstream impacts, and organizational readiness factors to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure commitments are made with discipline and governance — not spontaneously — addressing the intake-governance gap that introduces risk when demand arises piecemeal.
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives encompassing CPQ, CLM, and Bids & Tenders platforms, data, and AI enablement.
• Manage program plans, milestones, risks, and resources to ensure a predictable, high-quality delivery in collaboration with the shared TDS Program Manager.
• Establish and lead the operating rhythm — ceremonies, sprints, demos, and releases — that fosters accountability, transparency, and momentum across workstreams.
• Plan and facilitate in-person requirement workshops and program forums, owning the outcomes and the journey from design through requirements to release.
• Organize how new business is integrated into the product model, guiding stakeholders from intake through requirements to release (“into the factory”).
• Coordinate change management and business-readiness initiatives across regions and workstreams to ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor success metrics — adoption, cycle time, data quality, and cost management — to ensure that business objectives are met.
• Track progress using objective data and performance indicators, adjusting plans and priorities based on insights and results.
• Ensure initiatives provide measurable and sustained business value through disciplined value-realization practices.
• Act as the integrator between business leaders and delivery teams across the Revenue Technology portfolio (CPQ, CLM, and Bids & Tenders).
• Translate complex initiatives into clear, outcome-focused narratives for executive audiences.
• Influence executive decisions through evidence-based insights, structured recommendations, and a clear articulation of trade-offs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Over 7 years of experience in program management, transformation delivery, consulting, operations, or technology-focused roles within large, global organizations.
• Proven track record in leading multi-workstream initiatives with intricate dependencies and visibility at the senior level.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining governance — decision forums, decision rights, and vendor governance — beyond mere program coordination.
• Proven ability to operate effectively and exert influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 30% (domestic/international) of the time for in-person workshops, program forums, and critical engagements.
