This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete go-to-market (GTM) technology stack strategy and roadmap.
• Lead intricate Salesforce implementations along with ongoing enhancements to the system.
• Manage the implementation strategy and optimization of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
• Drive the integration strategy across various GTM platforms.
• Assess and oversee the broader GTM technology stack.
• Collaborate with IT and business systems teams to foster vendor relationship management.
• Directly supervise, develop, and mentor a dedicated team.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison among sales, finance, legal, and customer success departments.
• Provide guidance and oversight for the Deal Desk function.
• Manage the planning and execution of RevOps enhancement and optimization sprints.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance revenue processes throughout the lead-to-cash cycle.
• Define and uphold a reporting framework that offers leadership clear insights into pipeline health.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience managing a GTM technology stack, with strong proficiency in Salesforce (configuration, data model, reporting, and integrations).
• Proven track record of leading complex Salesforce implementations and system migrations from initial scoping to go-live.
• Hands-on experience in leading CPQ implementations (e.g., Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Conga, DealHub).
• Established experience in people management, including overseeing technical team members such as Salesforce Administrators or Developers.
• Strong understanding of deal execution processes, encompassing non-standard deal structuring, pricing governance, and contract workflows.
• Capability to translate intricate technical and commercial requirements into scalable systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with a background in constructing reporting frameworks and delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated project management expertise, including leading structured sprints or iterative delivery cycles with technical teams.
