This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design the comprehensive journey from Lead to Renewal.
• Act as a primary consultant to the CRO and executive leadership regarding pricing strategies.
• Oversee the Deal Desk operation, ensuring the success of significant deals.
• Transition pipeline forecasting to a proactive, data-centered approach.
• Manage the roadmap and advancement of the revenue technology stack.
• Create go-to-market workflows and business rules within BillingPlatform.
• Maintain data accuracy across go-to-market tools.
• Coach the RevOps team and align their development with organizational objectives.
• Serve as a strategic liaison among functional teams.
• 8+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Operations within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS landscape.
• Excellent communication skills: prompt, straightforward, and clear in your perspectives.
• Extensive technical knowledge of Salesforce and contemporary billing/revenue platforms (e.g., BillingPlatform).
• Insight into how pricing modifications affect various departments.
• Strong analytical skills with complex metrics such as LTV, CAC, NRR, and pipeline velocity.
