This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee key strategic suppliers to proactively respond to market shifts and discover revenue opportunities.
• Create and uphold supplier performance models that are utilized to monitor fulfillment and guide business decisions.
• Share insights with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop standardized performance frameworks, KPIs, and methodologies (such as QSI and share analysis).
• Stay informed about industry trends while assessing whether such changes may affect BCD’s business.
• Utilize existing reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications to analyze data against contract models and evaluate strategic alternatives.
• Perform analysis on ad hoc market, supplier, or client changes to determine their potential effects on performance and revenue.
• Assist the team in data analysis for quarterly business reviews.
• Help with deal performance analytics and support regional and global supplier proposals for forecasting purposes.
• Employ supplier, internal, and third-party data to create interactive reporting that monitors supplier contractual performance, ensuring optimal revenues and earnings rates.
• Effectively communicate analyses with internal regional teams and illustrate recommended actions based on analytical findings.
• Utilize supplier and internal data to enhance the accuracy of supplier projections for monthly accruals.
• Previous experience in the travel industry, with a focus on air and/or hotel sectors.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and/or SQL.
• Fluent in business English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to connect data with real business decisions and commercial implications.
• Anticipates trends and provides forward-thinking recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written & presentation).
