Senior Manager – Professional Services

📋 Description

• Provide ongoing leadership and direction for a team of subordinate managers and individual contributors.

• Supervise engineering solutions and project management spanning various engineering disciplines.

• Oversee headcount, deliverables, timelines, and costs for numerous projects and programs.

• Allocate resources effectively and ensure alignment of goals, timelines, and budgets with established roadmaps.

• Communicate program status and escalate issues to program managers, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders, and executives.

• Guide and influence strategic decision-making processes.

• Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers.

• Ensure efficient communication and collaboration with outsourced resources.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

• Oversee hiring, performance planning, coaching, and career development for direct reports.

• Drive performance standards organization-wide and facilitate team and process development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A first-level university degree or equivalent experience is required.

• An advanced university degree is preferred.

• Typically, 10 or more years of relevant work experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in people management.

• Strong advanced leadership capabilities, including coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and management.

• Proficient project management skills, encompassing time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience managing human capital across different geographical locations.

• Advanced communication skills, with mastery of English and the local language.

• Exceptional business acumen, technical expertise, and industry experience in one or more engineering, technology, and product domains.

• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

• Advanced relationship management capabilities.
