Senior Manager, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects and Senior Developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, career development planning, and skills assessments.

• Promote continuous learning, innovation, and excellence in technical skills.

• Identify skill gaps and develop plans for training, development, and certification paths.

• Recruit, onboard, and retain talent in integration.

• Provide technical direction and coach on consultative engagement practices.

• Oversee and quality review scalable integration solutions utilizing Celigo integrator.io.

• Ensure adherence to best practices for API integrations, AI agents, data transformation, security, governance, and performance optimization.

• Lead or participate in architecture reviews for complex integration projects.

• Offer hands-on guidance and escalation support for technical challenges.

• Advocate for Celigo iPaaS, agentic services, MCP servers, and AI-enabled automation.

• Ensure consistency in integration patterns, reusable templates, and methodologies.

• Act as a senior technical representative engaging with customers and partners.

• Facilitate design workshops, business process assessments, and integration roadmap sessions.

• Review and validate Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimates, and solution designs.

• Represent the voice of the customer within the organization.

• Support pre-sales efforts with technical credibility and delivery scoping expertise.

• Manage team delivery KPIs, including utilization, customer satisfaction, time-to-value, and quality.

• Refine and scale delivery methodologies, tools, and documentation standards.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless customer journeys.

• Contribute to tiger teams, methodology enhancements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Stay updated on emerging iPaaS and AI/ML integration trends along with Celigo's platform roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 12 years of combined experience in integration development, solution architecture, or technical consulting in enterprise software or iPaaS environments.

• More than 7 years of direct experience managing technical delivery teams in a professional services or consulting setting.

• Proven experience in managing and developing developers and/or solution architects across multiple simultaneous customer engagements.

• Familiarity with the entire delivery lifecycle from requirements and SOW definition through post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.

• Strong background in client-facing delivery and relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled integration patterns, LLMs, agentic services, or MCP server architectures.

• Required experience with ERP system integrations and cloud/SaaS platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of iPaaS architecture patterns, middleware concepts, and best practices for cloud integration.

• Extensive experience with API integrations and API management, including REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, and token-based authentication.

• Proficiency or strong familiarity with JavaScript/Node.js.

• Expertise in data transformation across formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, EDI, and flat files.

• Familiarity with agentic architectures, orchestration concepts, Celigo agentic services, and MCP servers.

• Understanding of integration lifecycle management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused professional services environment.

• MBA or MSIS preferred.

• Strong preference for experience with Celigo integrator.io or comparable iPaaS platforms.

• Prior experience in pre-sales or solution scoping is an advantage.
