Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the formulation of pricing strategies that align with CVS Caremark’s business goals and market positioning.

• Discover innovative pricing techniques to boost profitability and competitiveness.

• Partner with the underwriting team to create and implement pricing strategies.

• Examine market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation in collaboration with business partners.

• Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and suggest modifications.

• Track key performance indicators to assess the success of pricing initiatives.

• Create and execute new pricing models for CVS Caremark and its clientele.

• Work together with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

• Promote communication and knowledge sharing among teams.

• Present pricing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Cultivate relationships with internal partners.

• Ensure compliance of pricing strategies with applicable regulations and industry standards.

• Keep abreast of changes in the regulatory landscape that may impact pricing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or a related domain.

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry is preferred.

• Proven success in developing and executing effective pricing strategies that promote business growth.

• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for interpreting complex data and market trends.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent specialized training and relevant professional experience.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
