Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop precise, competitive, and profitable pricing solutions for Contract Logistics opportunities.

• Analyze warehouse operating expenses, financial data, and P&L performance to inform pricing decisions.

• Create and refine pricing tools, templates, and methodologies.

• Establish and uphold pricing standards, best practices, and process documentation.

• Ensure pricing proposals are in accordance with CEVA policies, financial objectives, and operational standards.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Solutions Design, Finance, and Operations on customer-centric pricing strategies.

• Mentor and assist new team members.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes and overall business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, cost accounting, or financial analysis within a 3PL or warehouse logistics setting.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, cost modeling, P&L analysis, and Contract Logistics pricing methodologies.

• Experience with facility design and cost accounting preferred.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
