Lead Analyst, Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for products and solutions that facilitate revenue growth and enhance margins.

• Establish scalable and repeatable pricing models, packaging strategies, and rate card structures that align with market demands.

• Collaborate with Product teams to incorporate pricing considerations throughout the product lifecycle, including the launch of new products, enhancements, and commercialization efforts.

• Assist in pricing simplification initiatives to minimize complexity and enhance commercial consistency across various offerings.

• Perform competitive research and market analysis to assess industry pricing trends, customer requirements, and market positioning.

• Work alongside Product, Commercial, and Finance leaders on pricing frameworks spanning Banking, Payments, and Wealth portfolios.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial strategy, financial analysis, consulting, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with a talent for converting data into strategic recommendations.

• Experience in evaluating pricing strategies, market opportunities, profitability, and overall business performance.

• Proven ability to function effectively within a cross-functional, product-oriented environment.

• Experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, Wealth Management, or the broader financial services sector (preferred).

• Understanding of payments concepts, transaction processing, pricing structures, and monetization models (preferred).

• Experience in supporting product strategy, go-to-market planning, or commercial transformation initiatives (preferred).

• Familiarity with pricing optimization, revenue management, or customer segmentation frameworks (preferred).
