Lead Analyst, Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement pricing strategies at both product and solution levels that promote revenue growth and margin enhancement.

• Establish scalable and repeatable pricing models, packaging strategies, and rate card frameworks that align with market demands.

• Collaborate with Product teams to incorporate pricing insights into product launches, improvements, and commercialization efforts.

• Assist in pricing simplification initiatives to minimize complexity and enhance commercial consistency across all offerings.

• Perform competitive research and market analysis to assess industry pricing trends, customer requirements, and market positioning.

• Contribute to the development of enterprise pricing strategies and monetization decisions across FIS's Banking, Payments, and Wealth portfolios.

• Interact with senior leadership and engage in strategic initiatives at FIS.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 3–5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial strategy, financial analysis, consulting, or a similar analytical role.

• Proficient analytical and financial modeling capabilities with the skill to convert data into strategic recommendations.

• Experience in assessing pricing strategies, market opportunities, profitability, and overall business performance.

• Capability to function effectively within a cross-functional, product-centered environment.

• Experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, Wealth Management, or the broader financial services sector is advantageous.

• Knowledge of payment concepts, transaction processing, pricing frameworks, and monetization models is a plus.

• Background in supporting product strategy, go-to-market initiatives, or commercial transformation projects is a bonus.

• Experience with pricing optimization, revenue management, or customer segmentation frameworks is desirable.
