This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the business strategy and development for pharmacy operations across the Rx COE and engage with key pharmacy stakeholders.
• Manage the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of pharmacy programs.
• Plan, implement, and sustain pharmacy program initiatives that align with the organization's objectives.
• Gather, organize, and analyze market trends and client requirements to design and refine programs and services.
• Create assessment protocols for program evaluation and enhancement.
• Uphold organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate interrelated programs and projects to ensure they support each other and achieve business objectives.
• Guarantee that all program elements are completed in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with market teams, sales, operations, product teams, various departments, and stakeholders.
• Lead the development and implementation of GainwellRx pharmacy programs and services, leveraging technology products.
• A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in pharmacy, PBM, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in managing budgets and assessing financial performance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Prior experience in product or program management.
• Medicaid experience is preferred.
• Skills in strategic planning and implementation.
• Ability to collaborate and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Skills in performance monitoring and enhancement.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving talents.
• Leadership and negotiation skills for program management and business development.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills for effectively interacting with and influencing team members, clients, thought leaders, and recognized subject matter experts globally.
• Must be capable of working remotely within the United States.
