This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Global and US Value & Access, US Coverage & Pricing, Market Access, Patient Access, the MariTide US commercial team, and CD&A.
• Provide business analytics, dashboards, and tools ready for launch that support deal modeling, segmentation, pull-through, and price elasticity capabilities.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve payer-related challenges and obstacles.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the US managed markets for obesity and obesity-related products.
• Conduct integrated analyses using various primary and secondary data sources to inform payer, access, and reimbursement strategies.
• Create targeted deep-dive analyses of payer controls and incorporate them into weekly NBRx/TRx tracking.
• Assess partner capabilities regarding pricing, coverage, demand, and affordability data.
• Develop obesity-specific modules within the US Value & Access contracting deal modeling platforms.
• Triangulate data from Clarivate, MMIT, and partners to enhance employer segmentation and targeting.
• Design modules specific to employers within Contracting-IQ for direct employer contracting.
• Construct CAP-AI for obesity to support dynamic copay and patient access initiatives.
• Collaborate with Payer Marketing, Pricing/Contracting, and Brand Marketing teams to prioritize analytics and insights that bolster value and access strategies.
• Work with datasets from the pharmaceutical ecosystem, including medical and pharmacy claims, prescription, outlet, and payer coverage data.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience launching new products or indications, particularly in the cardio-metabolic disease sector.
• Working knowledge of analytics related to products with pharmacy benefit utilization.
• Familiarity with PBM account/formulary structure and the contracting process.
• Previous experience in contracts and pricing, direct payer interactions, or value marketing.
• Foundational understanding of the US payer landscape and the U.S. healthcare market.
• Outstanding conceptual problem-solving abilities and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong executive presence.
• Authoritative ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Capability to collect, analyze, and synthesize information to facilitate relevant business analyses.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence diverse styles.
• Over 5 years of healthcare experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, healthcare, and/or strategy consulting, with specific expertise in coverage, access, and reimbursement drivers.
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of business strategies.
