
Senior Manager β Managed Services Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and spearhead the enterprise integration strategy for Managed Services acquisitions, guiding the process from due diligence to long-term operational stabilization.
β’ Collaborate with executive leadership to establish integration goals, priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
β’ Develop scalable integration methodologies, governance frameworks, templates, playbooks, and best practices.
β’ Oversee multiple intricate acquisition integrations concurrently while managing business priorities and resource limitations.
β’ Work alongside the M&A team during due diligence to assess operational readiness, integration complexities, and post-closure planning.
β’ Provide executive leadership during customer transitions, ensuring organizational alignment and technology migrations.
β’ Direct cross-departmental integration workstreams across Finance, IT, Infrastructure, Operations, People & Learning, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Procurement, and Legal.
β’ Manage the end-to-end integration of managed service providers and vendors across acquired and merged organizations.
β’ Ensure the seamless integration of service delivery processes, operational procedures, financial controls, reporting, systems, and business functions.
β’ Identify risks related to operations, organization, finance, technology, and customer relations, and implement strategies for mitigation.
β’ Represent the Managed Services integration function to executive leadership, acquired business owners, vendors, strategic partners, and external stakeholders.
β’ Establish governance activities to track progress, eliminate obstacles, and facilitate decision-making.
β’ Create executive dashboards and convey integration health, KPIs, achievements, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
β’ Document lessons learned after each acquisition and continually enhance Net at Work's Managed Services integration capabilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
β’ An advanced degree is preferred.
β’ Over 10 years of leadership experience in Managed Services, consulting, business transformation, operations, or M&A integration.
β’ Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide post-acquisition integrations or large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
β’ Strong executive presence with outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
β’ Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes across organizations without direct authority.
β’ Experience in technology services, MSP, SaaS, consulting, or private equity-backed companies is highly preferred.
β’ PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar certifications are advantageous.
β’ May require customer approval for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises.
