This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +4 more countries.
• Perform analyses of competitor pricing and benchmark against emerging policies.
• Assist the Global team with implications related to IRP and supply analysis, and propose price adjustments.
• Consolidate and verify pricing data to ensure compliance with global pricing guidelines.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market access landscape.
• Aid partners in the development of pricing and reimbursement dossiers, along with evidence packages.
• Collect local data and partner feedback to enhance payer value narratives.
• Monitor access obstacles and propose solutions to enhance listing success.
• Offer analytical and evidence-driven contributions to launch access strategies.
• Coordinate priorities with the Head of International Market Access.
• Collaborate with Global Pricing, Market Access, and HEOR teams on local strategies, global pathways, and evidence initiatives.
• Liaise with local partners and distributors to gather, confirm, and synthesize pricing and access information.
• Support external vendor management related to access-focused studies and projects.
• Report to the Head of International Market Access and collaborate with international and global cross-functional stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in life sciences, economics, public health, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, and/or HEOR, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Strong understanding of market access policies and mechanisms.
• Proven experience in preparing pricing and reimbursement dossiers and supporting new product launches.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and/or pricing software.
• Familiarity with payer decision-making processes and HTA requirements.
• Experience in international, regional, and/or national market access is crucial.
• Experience across EU5, Canada, LATAM, and/or Asia Pacific is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated success in reimbursement submissions and pricing strategy development.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a cross-functional and multicultural setting.

• Approximately 10–15% travel to the Copenhagen Head Office, international partner markets, industry conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
