This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead and manage Trustee Billing operations, which includes overseeing Billing Team Leads and Billing Analysts.
• Ensure that milestone-based billing is both accurate and fulfilled within the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Supervise the complete Trustee billing lifecycle and ensure timely and accurate invoicing of billable services.
• Identify transferred loans and servicing portfolios while tracking all billable activities to avert revenue loss.
• Monitor billing performance, workflow volumes, aged unbilled balances, and any operational bottlenecks.
• Promote SLA compliance through performance monitoring, reporting, coaching, and managing escalations.
• Provide SLA reports, operational updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics to the Senior Manager of Billing Operations.
• Prepare and review weekly and month-end revenue reports.
• Accurately report revenue activities to Accounting within the month-end closing calendar, including Business Day 1 requirements.
• Maintain visibility of recognized but unbilled revenue while ensuring timely invoicing.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts based on actual results, trends, operational activities, and pipeline information.
• Coordinate monthly revenue review meetings with the Corporate Controller.
• Prepare forecast packages and monthly revenue reports for leadership review.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on business performance and revenue trends.
• Support internal and external audits, SOX compliance activities, reconciliations, and documentation requests.
• Drive process enhancements, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and client stakeholders to support service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain internal controls, audit trails, approvals, and relevant documentation.
• Graduate.
• Over 7 years of post-qualification work experience in the Title or Mortgage Industry.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proactive, deadline-oriented, and assertive.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SQL.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High energy levels; a self-starter who is a good team player, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing demands.
• Solid conceptual, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Strong skills in people leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
