Regional Service Center Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage transportation operations for stores dispatched from designated Service Centers.

• Enhance transportation efficiency, execute return logistics, and formulate strategies for peak seasons.

• Supervise the management and implementation of 3PL-operated Service Center activities, customer service, and KPI benchmarks.

• Drive plans and strategies for peak seasons and ensure effective execution.

• Guarantee that 3PL partner commitments are fulfilled and that SOPs/best practices are adhered to at or above standard levels.

• Achieve operational performance in alignment with set KPIs and budgetary constraints.

• Conduct root-cause analysis and develop action plans to address performance issues.

• Collaborate with Field Leadership, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, Service Center providers, and transportation partners.

• Lead initiatives focused on optimization and process improvement to elevate service quality and minimize costs.

• Spearhead the operational design of Service Center layouts and delivery routes for stores.

• Integrate new stores into Service Center operations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

• 7-10 years of demonstrated success in an operations/transportation setting.

• At least 4 years of leadership experience.

• Strong operational insight.

• Expertise in supply chain management.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to influence without direct authority.

• Focus on metrics, processes, and efficiency.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and partner influencing skills.

• Proven capabilities in people leadership and development.

• Skills in change management.

• Ability to work independently while traveling remotely.

• Understanding of the off-price model.

• Must be willing to travel 80% of the time.
