Senior Manager, Internal Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the internal communications strategy, planning, platforms, and governance.

• Develop content and messaging for key priorities, initiatives, organizational updates, and change management efforts.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization, including executive leadership.

• Comprehend priorities, identify communication requirements, and act as a strategic advisor.

• Manage employee engagement and recognition programs.

• Supervise internal events, digital employee interactions, and associated vendor relationships.

• Lead and mentor team members.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, and professional development.

• Ensure alignment among stakeholders.

• Evaluate employee comprehension, platform and channel usage, program engagement, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or similar fields.

• Proven experience in crafting communication strategies and managing complex communication initiatives within a global organization.

• Experience collaborating with executive and senior leaders on critical business communications.

• Skilled in managing employee engagement programs, internal events, digital communication platforms, and external vendors.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while handling multiple complex priorities simultaneously.

• Strong judgment and capability to drive initiatives from strategy to execution.

• Proficient in influencing stakeholders and ensuring alignment across various functions.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

• Experience in leading and developing communications professionals.
