Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute effective communication strategies to support project initiatives and organizational goals.

• Produce clear, engaging, and informative content to convey key messages to diverse stakeholders.

• Oversee communication channels, ensuring the timely and consistent dissemination of information throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure communications are aligned with project objectives.

• Maintain clarity and consistency of messaging throughout the change initiative.

• Assist in the creation of communication materials and products, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and FAQs.

• Support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner contract.

• Provide services related to cloud foundations for the Judiciary, encompassing cloud advisory, strategy, and implementation services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience in producing communication materials and products for previous projects.

• Experience with large-scale communication efforts, ideally related to a change management initiative.

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• Desired: Knowledge, interest, and experience in delivering communications related to cloud technology initiatives.

• Desired: Experience in Technical Writing.
