Senior Manager II, Client Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver dedicated client-facing support for the Consumer Healthcare vitamins division of the client.

• Address the daily requirements of client users across brand, marketing, and category management areas.

• Assist the client in assessing business performance drivers and identifying growth opportunities.

• Contribute to thought leadership within the Vitamins sector.

• Provide training and operational assistance.

• Analyze and interpret data to create valuable solutions for clients.

• Seek and pursue opportunities to enhance client relationships by aligning Circana's data and software offerings with strategic objectives.

• Collaborate with Client Insights, Product, and Analytics teams to provide integrated solutions and ensure client success.

• Stay updated on OTC trends to position Circana as a thought leader and reliable advisor.

• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.

• Proactively tackle challenges, identify growth opportunities, and deliver consistent value to clients.

• Exhibit outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, or similar roles.

• Experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Research, or Marketing Services environment is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of syndicated data sources such as Circana, IRI, NPD, and related platforms.

• Proficient data interpretation skills and the ability to convey insights through data storytelling.

• Expertise in utilizing and integrating various data sources, including point-of-sale and panel data.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Skilled in engaging clients in a consultative manner to address and manage content deliverables.

• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Candidates who can be periodically accessible to Pine Brook, NJ, are preferred.

• Completion of a background check may be required.
