Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement enhancements to IAM using identity platforms, APIs, scripting, and automation.

• Rapidly deliver minimum viable IAM solutions while advancing towards scalable strategic designs.

• Streamline access processes through automation, self-service options, and data-driven enhancements.

• Lead IAM initiatives in the US and address operational challenges.

• Make informed risk decisions and achieve global IAM goals.

• Build and nurture a high-performing IAM engineering team in the US.

• Integrate effective security and audit controls into daily workflows.

• Promote role-based and attribute-based access models.

• Investigate governance opportunities for non-human identities and AI agents.

• Collaborate with the Global Head of IAM and stakeholders across US time zones and the broader organization.

• Report directly to the Global Head of Identity and Access Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IAM.

• Direct, hands-on management of user access reviews, identity lifecycle controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) audit evidence, and remediation of control deficiencies.

• Proficient in configuring IAM platforms such as Okta, ConductorOne, Saviynt, SailPoint, or comparable tools.

• Skilled in using scripting, APIs, or automation to implement effective solutions.

• Capable of taking ambiguous IAM challenges from assessment through design to execution.

• Experience leading technical teams and influencing stakeholders across various functions.

• Ability to independently establish priorities and make informed decisions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in utilizing data to identify control gaps, enhance processes, and evaluate outcomes.

• Ability to balance security, compliance, and user experience considerations.
